The winemaker from the South African winery Gabrielskloof has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and refinement are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and beautiful landscape of the Coastal region. Treat your guests at Christmas dinner with this powerful Shiraz 2015 — Syrah. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Shiraz with barbecue or roasted vegetables.

Tasting note
A firm and structured vintage that starts with blueberries, plums, the omnipresent white pepper and a slight herbal note reminiscent of tomato leaves. On the palate, it is dense and spicy, with stony gravel and grilled meat, which combines with sour cherries and ripe blueberries for a long and tasty finish.
Culinary recommendation
It pairs perfectly with red meat or braised roasts.
