Light flat yellow with deep reflections. Spicy on the nose, floral notes, white fruits. Fresh fruit on the palate, nice, fresh acidity. Tardana is a very late-ripening, autochthonous grape variety from the southeast of Spain. It is optimally adapted to the drought and heat of the region and reaches phenolic maturity in November. Ana Gomez is probably the only winemaker to vinify this grape varietal, the wine has not undergone any malolactic fermentation and was aged for three months on her own yeasts.
