Tasting note
Medium yellow with golden reflections. Finely scented on the nose, of ripe citrus fruits and yellow apples. Subtle floral components are added. Lively and fresh on the palate. Again, lots of yellow, ripe fruit. The wonderful aromas as well as the straight, elegant structure accompany the beautifully persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Vitello tonnato or a quiche lorraine with salad.
