About the wine
This dominant Shiraz 2015 — Tellus IGP crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Tasting note
Intense ruby with purple reflections. Strong and dense on the nose. Ripe, sweet cherries, a hint of warm spices, toasted notes, a touch of vanilla. Flattering on the palate, with soft tannins and rich structure. Lots of ripe fruit, again toasted notes. The wine ends in a long, powerful finish.
Culinary recommendation
We love it with pasta with spicy sugo or with a juicy roast.
