Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, delicate brightening of edges. Sweet notes of wood, covered with inviting dark wild berry jam, some licorice, candied orange zest, multi-faceted bouquet. Substantial, complex, chocolaty texture, well-integrated, present tannins, spicy aftertaste, sticks very well and has development potential.
Culinary recommendation
With grilled meat and game fowl, mildly seasoned meat, risotto and pasta, and mild hard and soft cheese.
