Light straw yellow - typical bouquet with notes of yellow stone fruit, citrus fruits and a subtle spiciness. On the palate, this 100% Chenin Blanc again shows a distinctly varietal character, with the ripe yellow stone fruits once again dominating. Freshness is not only given to this white wine by the notes of lemons, limes and oranges, but also by its subtle mineral notes, which add complexity. The grapes for this wine come from 38-year-old bush vines from the hot and dry Swartland region. The ageing took place in used French oak for 10 months.
