About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Il Castellaccio is absolutely proficient in his craft. Tasting note
On the nose, elegant aromas of spices, sour cherries, raspberries, vanilla, and the resin scents of Mediterranean pine forests. The finish is full body with round and juicy tannins.

Vinification
Fermentation in wooden barrels at controlled temperature, aging for 12 months in wooden barrels, then aged for 12 months in bottle.
