Tasting note
Bright, clear color with fine, slowly and gracefully rising pearls. On the nose, strong aromas and freshness. Full, with scents of apples and citrus fruits, as well as toasted notes. Full and firm on the palate with a rainbow of aromas such as acacia blossoms, dried nuts and fresh pastries.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well It's great on its own as an aperitif. But also excellent with fresh fish, salads, pasta, spicy dishes, curry fish.
