Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Powerful aromas of violets and irises. Flattering, full-bodied, rich, with lots of race, silky, well-rounded tannins and a very pleasant freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Italian bruschette, stuffed tomatoes, chicken with truffles, sautéed pork with curry sauce, pheasant in cabbage skirt and marinated venison pepper.
