About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Colomba Bianca has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Sicily. We have a special, dominant red wine from 2018 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Cabernet Sauvignon is excellent with ribeye steak or pizza with mushrooms.
Tasting note
Color: Rich dark red with strong purple reflections, color-tight. Aromas: Ripe-fruity black berry, plum, typical of the variety, vegetal, earthy touch, fine notes of vanilla and caramel. Body: Very long start, good tannins and pleasant acidity, bright fruit, solid structure. Quality: Modern wine, very typical of the variety and modern.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with: lamb gigot with keasts, pork chops wrapped in herbs, pork tenderloin, rustic sausages such as salami, aged cheese.
