About the wine
The calcareous soils in Andalusia offer the winemaker from the Spanish winery Victoria Ordóñez everything he needs to practice his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. With the first-class Voladeros Sierras de Málaga DO, which was produced in 2017, you will certainly have a lot of fun.
Bio
Tasting note
Bright straw yellow. Complex bouquet with aromas of white flowers, orange blossoms, lemon, orange peel and herbs. On the palate, Voladeros is fine, delicate and elegant, with lovely freshness and balance.
Culinary recommendation

Vinification
Old vines on the steep slopes (up to 76% slope) of the mountains of Malaga. Complex soils (slate, quartz, limestone, sandstone). Aged for 10 months in old and new French wooden barrels.
