The calcareous, skewed soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Pinot Noir. The winemaker from the French winery Moillard-Grivot knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Tasting note
Medium cherry red with subtle violet reflections. Dense, ripe fruity bouquet, typical compote-like notes, plums, fine aromas, herbal, balsamic hints of resin. Very long drink, strong tannins, good acidity, resinous on the palate with an exciting hint of flint, acidity and sumptuous aromas dominate the finish Quality: Endless finish, elegant and harmonious with a deep fruit.

Goes well with classic stews, beef bourguignon and cheese.
