About the wine

Respect for the terroir, extensive knowledge in vineyards and cellars, and a minimum of chemical fertiliser for healthy soils: This is the credo used to cultivate the approximately five hectares of vineyards in Grand-Crus and Premier-Crus sites owned by the Louis Latour family business in Beaune, a trading house founded in 1797. The red wines capture the qualities and subtle aromas of the Pinot Noir grape; they are elegant and impress with a perfect balance of fruit and tannins. Structured, full, balanced white wines reflect the terroir in the power of the Chardonnay grape with beautiful freshness and complex aromas. Many of the great Latour wines impress with their excellent shelf life.
