About the wine
Since November 2019, Martin Suardet, son of Jean-Daniel Suardet, winemaker crowned at the last Fête des Vignerons, cultivates the prestigious vineyard Clos du Rocher in Yvorne. Complexity, richness of body and minerality characterize this Chasselas from Yvorne.

Tasting note
This is remembered: Its bright lemon yellow first pleases the eye and then the mind. The aromas of flowers and herbs express a lot of character with a very individual structure. The refreshing nuances of grapefruit, honey and lime then reveal their own character. A white wine with a light body and dominant acidity, which develops its individual structure on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
The ideal wine for an aperitif. Excellent accompaniment to snacks, appetizers, seafood terrines, freshwater fish dishes, white meat or a spicy cheese platter.
