About the wine

Sunny and fertile landscapes in Puglia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Masca del Tacco conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. If we can offer something special for Easter 2020, it's this striking Primitivo 2017 — Zinfandel Old Vines. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Primitivo can be served very well with risotto or pizza.

Tasting note
Intense bright ruby red. Complex nose with notes of blackberry and plum jam, red flowers, humus, cocoa powder and a hint of mint. The wine has a full body, is creamy and gentle and convinces with a long balsamic fruity finish.
