A local Zurich rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the best locations on the Schiterberg in Kleinandelfingen. Perfect timing of the harvest and healthy grapes help this ambassador of Zurich wine culture to compete with the greats of his guild, namely rosé wines from the south of France.
