About the wine
With the distinctive red wine 2021 — Zweigelt Selection QW, nuances and accents are redefined. The picturesque landscapes of Burgenland give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian winery Landhaus Paul conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Zweigelt with boiled beef or beef tartare.

Tasting note
This pure Zweigelt, with its dark ruby red with a black core and purple reflections, impresses with a delicate red berry scent and delicate cocoa notes. Sour cherries, plums and strawberries prevail on the palate and are accompanied by notes of leather. The wine is soft and velvety, beautifully balanced and harmonious. The long-lasting finale fits in with the balanced overall impression.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with poultry dishes, pasta, pasta, roast beef and grilled pork.
