About the wine
The provocative white wine 2017 — Belcampo Bianco di Merlot Ticino DOC, is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous landscape beauty of Ticino, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss winery Cantina Amann masters with a keen sense of texture. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this merlot with duck or slightly spicy red meat.

Tasting note
Pale pale yellow. On the nose, there are floral notes paired with the scent of white peach, apricot, Williams pear and fine almond biscuits. Slightly tangy on the palate with an excellent structure and a refreshing acidity. The fruity-floral aroma is once again taken up in the harmonious finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with smoked fish, poultry, duck or seafood Also excellent for aperitifs.
Vinification
Gentle pressing of the red grapes, gentle aging in stainless steel tanks.
