About the wine
Blooming and fertile Lombardy landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cascina Belmonte conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. With the snappy Benaco Bresciano Firmamento Bio, you can offer your guests something very special. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Riesling with duck or Asian food.

Tasting note
Straw yellow, intense scent of Riesling with limes, roses, mirabelles, geraniums on the nose. On the palate, it is light, soft, fresh and aromatic, perfectly balanced with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with apéritifs, gratinated mussels, fresh goat cheese, Asian cuisine and sauerkraut.
Vinification
Firmamento' Benaco Bresciano IGT, is a “pure-bred” Rhine Riesling. It only produces 800 bottles, a true niche product with an alcohol content of just 11%. The glass combines all the qualities of a good Riesling: freshness, aromaticity and minerality. An honest wine that leaves no one indifferent. Certified organic and vegan, the grapes are washed before pressing. Acidity 7.11 g/l; residual sugar 7.6 g/l.
