About the wine
The present red wine — Blasfemia Old Vine Tempranillo VdM is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. The winemaker from the Spanish winery Península Vinicultores greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Tempranillo with polenta or red meat.
Tasting note
Dense dark red, with a black core, distinctive viscosity. Intense compote-like bouquet, black berries, cassis, blueberries, spicy-roasted with a touch of vanilla, delicate smoky aroma. Long start, firm, present palate, long and very harmonious in the aftertaste with distinctive palate aromas. A Tempranillo of exceptional quality and personality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with braised veal balls, beef stew with port wine sauce and lamb with rosemary jus.
