About the wine
With the dominant red wine 2017 — Cabernet Franc IGP, nuances and accents are redefined. The fertile and blooming landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cadibon conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Cabernet Franc is ideal to serve with meatballs with tomato sauce or goat cheese.
Tasting note
Red with purple reflections, intense scent with slightly grassy tones. Expressive in taste and with great personality.
Culinary recommendation
Highly recommended with meat dishes, but also with pasta dishes with spicy sauce, mushroom risotto, pizza.
Vinification
After draining, the juice remains in the chrome steel tank for 10 days, with daily remontages. Natural fermentation with local yeasts, at a controlled temperature of 23-25°C. Aging for six months in steel tanks and aging in the bottle for 60 days before sale.
