Tasting note
Light golden yellow. Intense nose, rose petals, lychee, cloves, cinnamon, some sage, complex and multi-layered. Lots of volume on the palate, very clear and straightforward, tropical fruits with a long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with shrimp and flavorful fish as well as Asian cuisine. Try it with thinly sliced bacon too!
