About the wine

This unique “Chardonnay” presents fruity nuances of lemons, grapefruit, honey, almonds with a background of butter and minerals. The attractive white wine has a full body and a persistent and elegant finish. The “Castel Chardonnay C” is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and, after pressing, fermented in French oak barrels for 12 months. A bottle of “Castel Chardonnay C” can be enjoyed immediately after purchase. However, the wine reaches its peak between the third and fifth year and, under suitable conditions, can remain in the best drinking condition for a longer period of time. Pair the inviting white wine with grilled sardines, pistachio-crusted chicken breast, or a green salad.
