Cava Gran Reserva brut
In the glass, the cava shimmers like white gold. Flavours of white peach, roasted nuts and brioche. Balanced acidity on the finish, long aftertaste with a buttery note.
Goes well with aperitif, pork, saltwater fish and soft cheese.
Made from traditional grape varieties: 38% Macabeo, 28% Xarel-lo and 34% Parellada. This cava is made using the same method as champagne. It is stored on the yeast for at least 48 months.
