On the slopes near Sierre is Flanthey, a typical wine village where wine has been cultivated for over 700 years. Ages come and go, wine trends appear and disappear — but Cordonier & Lamon's credo remains the same: inspire with authentic products.

Tasting note
The aroma - characterized by spices (pepper), floral notes and also fruit (elderberry, strawberry jam) - makes you sit up and is intense on the nose. The tannins are present; they bite. The fruity structure provides an additional dimension. It is a structured wine that lasts long in the finale and is characterized by the aftertaste.

Goes well with rabbits, turkey, vegetables, lamb stew, lamb voreats, partridge, quail
Vinification
40% of young wine is aged in barriques for several months, the remaining 60% in stainless steel tanks
