About the wine
The slate, calcareous soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Joseph Drouhin everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. With the dominant Pinot Noir 2016 — Chambolle-Musigny AC, nuances and accents are redefined. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Pinot Noir with red meat or cheese.

Tasting note
A typical, complex aroma of ripe fruit (berries, cherries) and subtle, strict, tart notes unfold in the glass. Balance and finesse are the hallmarks of this Chambolle-Musigny by JOSEPH DROUHIN. The palate opens up a world of delicious fruit notes, a velvety texture with melts and a fruity structure. It is a classic par excellence that combines many of the advantages of a best-made burgundy.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with meat pie, cheese soufflé, veal, vegetable platter.
