Tasting note
Chardonnay couldn't be much quieter. White tea and wet stone in olfactory organ. A lot of melt in the mouth, a little caramel and a fantastically noble herbal spice. Very mineral, delicate Chardonnay. Terrific aromas, noble fullness without being full. Like a Rubens on the tongue, a slight tart note on the palate with a hint of vanilla. The finale is ripe and juicy. A drop that slows down time.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, terrines and pies, fish and seafood, Asian dishes, hard and soft cheeses.
