The aroma is brilliant: sweet, dried fruits (apricots, dates), but also marzipan and a hint of tartness that comes from noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea). The palate reveals a balance, delicacy and complexity that is only known from a Premier Cru Classé from the prestigious and world-famous Sauternes appellation. In the finale, the various sensory impressions merge.
