About the wine
We have a special, distinctive sémillon from 2011 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the French winery Château Thenoux grows this wine in the landscape of the Southwest. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This sémillon can be served very well with appetizers or salmon pastes.
Tasting note
Color: golden yellow robe with shiny reflections; Bouquet: The bouquet is characterized by aromas of acacia blossoms; Palate: On the palate, it convinces with notes of gingerbread and pear, a velvety texture and a long-lasting finish
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with: It is the perfect companion to foie gras and blue cheese. But you can also serve it with shrimps with garlic, grilled tuna steaks and other fat and fried fish, poultry in sauce or spicy Asian dishes.
