Tasting note
Aromas of melon, white peach and almond blossoms and a touch of minerality that adds to the elegance of the wine. Chenin Blanc is expertly aged in wood, structured and creamy on the middle palate with a lively, crisp finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with seafood and grilled fish and, thanks to the fruit sweetness combined with lively acidity, it is also very suitable for spicy cuisine.
