Sunny landscapes of Languedoc-Roussillon give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Château Auris conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Shiraz is ideal to serve with roasted vegetables or game.

From a plot of land selection and low yields, this wine is fermented in new oak barrels for one year. Dark garnet red color. Intense scent of berries and spices. A rich cru, aromatic and structured, with good tannins and good balance.”
