About the wine
Give yourself and your guests joy for the senses with the first-class Cotes Du Jura AOC Poulsard from 2015! To get a feel for the hilly landscape aesthetics, there is no way around this red wine, which the French winery Domaine De Savagny masters with a keen sense of texture.

Typical Jurassic red grape. His dress is light, he has a good length and great complexity on the palate

Accompanies you on all occasions, but also with grilled dishes and salads.
Vinification
Short maceration time, then it is vinified like a red wine and matured in stainless steel tanks for 6 months before bottling. Aged for 4 months in vats under protective gas to protect this wine from oxidation without the addition of sulfite.
