Tasting note
Bright garnet red with an inviting bouquet of spices - peppercorns and cloves - complemented by a delicate touch of dried apricots. Soft and complex on the palate: layers of dried fruit mingle with a hint of raspberry and spicy spice. A long-lasting wine with smooth tannins, which guarantee excellent aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal cordon bleu, tagliatelle with smoked salmon, and duck with lentil and mushroom salad.
