About the wine
We have a special, strong Pinot Noir from 2015 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. You can describe the landscape in Basel with such words as hilly. However, the Swiss winery Siebe Dupf Kellerei is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this red wine. We think he succeeded! Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience when you offer this Pinot Noir with cheese or duck.
Tasting note
The power of Cabernet Dorsa and the elegance of Pinot Noir are harmoniously combined in this noble cuvée. Seductive aromas of dark berries, cherries, sour cherries, herbs and light roasted aromas inspire both the nose and the palate. The subtle wood finish gives the wine structure without dominating it. A strong yet fresh top cuvée from our region with a long-lasting finish.

Goes well with regional specialities, z'vieri platters, meat dishes, poultry, vegetarian dishes and cheeses.
