About the wine

Made from Nebbiolo grapes and aged in new barriques for at least 18 months, this wine has an intense, ruby red color with fruity aromas and is rich in tannins.

Tasting note
Pleasant. very consistent. Reminiscent of small wild berries. toasted bread and vanilla, but without masking the typical aroma of its grapes of origin.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes well with all dishes. It goes particularly well with typical Italian dishes such as roasts. Wild, dried Bündnerfleisch and strong cheeses.
