Tasting note
This excellent Dolcetto from Bovio has a deep dark and intensely bright ruby red with violet reflections. Young and fresh on the nose, with notes of fresh fruit typical of this grape variety. On the palate, it is also youthful, winey and fresh. Compact, long-lasting finish
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with meat sauce, rabbits, feathered game, beef tartare and hard cheeses.
