Tasting note
Dark garnet red. Fantastic aromas of red fruits, especially raspberries, surrounded by a spicy pepper flavor. Medium complexity, nice structure, round, well-integrated tannins, long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, dried meat, grilled fish, porcini risotto, vegetable gratin, coq au vin, Zurich-style sliced meat with hash browns, goulash.
