About the wine
Give yourself joy for the senses with the fine Èrema Isola die Nuraghi IGT from 2015! The winemaker from the Italian winery Cantina Siddura has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the picturesque and sunny landscape of Sardinia.

Vinification
Èrema is the youngest red wine from this cantina. A pure Cannonau that was knowingly vinified to be ready to drink before the other wines. Èrema in Etruscan means “piccola pianta” (small tree). The grapes are hand-picked towards the end of September; the vines grow at 200-300 meters above sea level, the soil is sandy and contains parts of granite and lime. Vinification traditionally takes place at controlled temperatures. Èrema is very fruity, fresh, contains little tannins, a passe partout for a wide range of dishes. acidity 4.8 g/l.
