About the wine
The strength of Gjulia craft beer can only tell a family story. It was created from the intuition of brothers Marco and Massimo Zorzettig, inspired by their grandfather Pietro's tenancy and the winemaking spirit of their father Livio. Wheat beer has a fascinating and elegant taste, with a typical banana aftertaste.

Tasting note
The existing light sediment is the result of the natural and traditional fermentation process in the bottle. Complex and elegant taste, typical banana aftertaste.

Vinification
Made using an artisanal method, top-fermented, neither filtered nor pasteurized.
