Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red, the wide-ranging bouquet is fruity, but also has floral notes (violets). Fresh and crunchy on the palate with good fruit and harmoniously integrated tannins.

Vinification
The vineyards are about 700 meters above sea level. The wine is vinified in Stahltaks, then aged for 12 months in 500-liter chestnut wood barrels.
