A wine paradise of captivating beauty! At the foot of Mount Etna (and inspired by it!) the Cambria family runs their Cottanera winery. With ardent enthusiasm and passion, she produces top quality with the expression of the region, today entirely in the name of terroir and “back to the roots”. The focus is on the local Nerello Mascalese, a character strain that could be described as a type of Nebbiolo of Sicily. It shows its great potential in the Lagen-Cru Feudo di Mezzo: clearly red-fruity, delicately spicy, with elegant tannins, pleasant when young, but also storable.
