Tasting note
A wonderfully elegant, single-varietal Meunier. On the nose with ripe apple fruit, aromas of yellow fruit, blood oranges and wild berries, plus fine almond tones and delicate floral notes. Lively on the palate, straightforward with great freshness, a subtly tart, spicy-mineral touch and elegant perlage. ONLY 2372 BOTTLES PRODUCED!!
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with an aperitif, with cold starters such as veal terrine with Waldorf salad or char tartare with fresh almonds, but also with light fish dishes and crustaceans.
