About the wine

The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Frontaura y Victoria has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the beautiful and graceful landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). There is something left over from Christmas dinner every year. Do you know that? Why not invite your friends over for a glass of wine in the afternoon to relish the festive meal and we recommend this fresh Tempranillo 2010. Tasting note
Color: Deep cherry red with purple hues. Aroma: Mineral scent of moist earth, red fruits and fine spices. Gentle notes of noble wood. Character: Very ripe tannins on the palate. Powerful, muscular with notes of tobacco, forest and black fruit. A long and silky finish with well-integrated oak. A great, long-lasting wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with roasts, beef and game meat, strong pasta dishes and paella. Or even a mature cheese platter.
Vinification
Gentle fermentation of the best grapes. Aging for 18 months in new French barriques.
