Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red. Highly aromatic on the nose, with the fruit of red berries and a variety of complex, mineral notes. Juicy and soft on the palate, with a silky texture and a supportive acidity that gives the wine plenty of freshness. An extremely elegant and versatile food companion.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stews, beef, charcuterie
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks and wooden barrels, then aged in French foudres for 15 months.
