Picturesque and blooming landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Tenuta Kornell conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you offer this Lagrein with seafood or Riz Casimir.

Tasting note
The bouquet is invitingly intense, fruity of ripe blackberries, spicy with aromas of bitter chocolate. A fresh, fruity start on the palate, beautiful fullness with present tannins, pleasant acidity and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
With hearty dishes with red meat and game, grilled meats and mature cheeses
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with mash contact for 12 days. Acidification and ageing for 8 months in barriques and large wooden barrels.
