About the wine
Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Gamay 2020 — Julienas AOP! The loamy, calcareous soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this gamay. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Du Mont St Gilbert knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This gamay can be served with hash browns or duck with plum sauce.

Tasting note
Cherry red, fine-flowered, delicate, elegant with exceptional fruit of raspberries, strawberries, cherries. It is supple. The tannin is fine, but extraordinarily present. It is well-balanced and has a good structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meats, poultry, roasted scallops and charcuterie.
