Tasting note
Recognizing the great potential of the excellent 2012 vintage, Flavien Nowack has wisely withheld a few bottles of its single-varietal Chardonnay from the single vineyard “La Tuilerie”. They were allowed to mature on lees in his cellar under optimal conditions and were now only grown after a proud ten years! (L.V. = Long Vieillissement), disgorged on April 23.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, bream on fennel vegetables with “beurre blanc”, tender veal breads or a fried guinea fowl breast with bernaise sauce.
