The winemaker from the Swiss winery Testuz has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and sunny landscape of Vaud. Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Chasselas 2018 — La Borne Dézaley Grand Cru! Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this chasselas with terrines or fish.

Tasting note
Sparkling pale yellow Intense, complex bouquet, with mineral notes of flint and silex, very fruity with delicious aromas of citrus and fruit with white flesh. Fruity first impression, beautifully rounded, with mineral and spicy notes. Aromatic finish with a typical tip of bitter almond for Dézaley.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with shellfish, fish dishes with sauce, veal breads and ripe hard cheeses.
