Vinification
Lagrein, the autochthonous, famous flag carrier grape variety in South Tyrol, is unique and incomparable. Lagrein grapes grow near Griess, at an altitude of 300 m above sea level, in the municipality of Egna, where the loose soil consists of porphyry sand. After gently pressing at a low temperature, the Götterpotion stays in barriques for eight months. Acidity 5.2 g/l.
