About the wine

Eva Green (born 1980) is the daughter of French actress Marlene Jobert, was a Bond girl and is one of director Tim Burton's favorite actresses. Her twin sister Joy manages the Crocine winery near Bolgheri together with her husband Niccolò Marzichi Lenzi and has dedicated the Cuvée Eva to Eva Green.

Dense ruby, fresh fragrant nose with black cherries, strong youthful body with elegant tannins, long and delightful. It has great potential. |
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef hamburgers, steaks, roasted pork, lamb gyros, goat cheese, spinach quiche.
Vinification
After sorting the grapes, the berries are placed in small stainless steel tanks. The grapes are briefly cold soaked before fermentation begins naturally, followed by biological acid degradation. Ageing for 8 months in French barriques.
